In consideration of your acceptance of myself into Victory MMA, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive, release, discharge, covenant damages which I may have accrue to me against Victory MMA, all members of Victory MMA owners and lessor of premises of which Victory MMA, is located and against any competitor for any and all damages which may be sustained by me, in connection with, and my association with Victory MMA, and athletic events/tournaments or which may arise out of the travel to participating in and returning from any athletic events/tournaments.
I understand the nature of the activities and believe my experience, health and capabilities to be qualified to participate at Victory MMA and associated athletic events/tournaments. I understand that participation involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death. These risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, inactions, and/or the actions or inactions of others participating at Victory MMA and events/tournaments.
I have read this agreement and fully understand its terms; understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it; and have signed it freely and without on inducement or assurance of any nature. I intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by the law, and I agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid that the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
